Seven Steps From Drawing To Dispatch.
A clear, checked workflow is how we keep parts accurate and deliveries on time. Here is exactly what happens after you send us a drawing.
-
Step 01 · Kick-off
Requirement Discussion
We understand your application, quantities and timelines. A short call or WhatsApp chat is usually enough to start.
- Application, quantity and target date
- WhatsApp, call or visit our Udhna unit
-
Step 02 · Engineering
Design & Drawing Review
Drawings, samples or sketches are reviewed for manufacturability. We flag anything that adds cost and suggest changes before cutting.
- DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF drawings
- Sample part or sketch accepted
-
Step 03 · Planning
Material & Process Planning
Material grade, sheet thickness and the process route are planned, so every part moves through the shop in the right order.
- MS, SS and aluminium sheet
- Process route fixed before production
-
Step 04 · Cutting
CNC Laser Cutting
Parts are cut accurately from sheet on CNC laser, nested to save material, with clean edges across the batch.
- Nested sheet layouts
- Repeatable parts for batch orders
-
Step 05 · Forming
CNC Bending & Forming
Cut blanks are bent and formed to shape on CNC press brakes.
- First piece checked against drawing
- Consistent angles through the batch
-
Step 06 · Fabrication
Welding & Fabrication
Components are welded and assembled into brackets, frames, enclosures or complete structures.
- Laser, MIG and ARC welding
- Sub-assemblies ready for finishing
-
Step 07 · Finishing
Finishing & Powder Coating
Welds are ground and edges cleaned, then parts are finished or powder coated as specified.
- Grinding and deburring
- Colour and texture as per your drawing
-
Step 08 · Quality
Quality Inspection
Dimensions, welds and finish are checked against your drawing before anything is packed.
- Dimension and weld check
- Finish check before packing
-
Step 09 · Dispatch
Final Delivery
Finished parts are packed safely and dispatched to your site.
- Protective packing for coated parts
- Ready for repeat orders
